Staff was helpful when our car from Michigan had a tire leak. They were so friendly and spent at least a half an hour telling us all the fun places to eat and visit. Very professional and made the bad experience great!
We booked for rental car before a month through online .. when we went pick up the car it was not even that crowded still they made us to wait for about 45 minutes.. usually we use to get free upgrades but these guys were forcing us for an upgrade which cost twice the amount we booked .. then the employee later started forcing us for an insurance.. which will also cost us twice the amount.. we were so polite and rejected it .. still she was forcing us again and again which made us very irritated..we told the employee that we have a full coverage insurance .. next the employee started asking us the detail of our insurance.. .. still she was forcing us for the insurance.. which made us feel very bad as we were about to take a long travel .. this made a negative impact on the whole journey.. the employee was constantly forcing ... when we were returning the car we made a complaint about the employees behavior being so negative .. we never got a proper response ..i will never ever get back to enterprise
I rented a car from the Lewis Center, Ohio location. Very unfriendly attendant. I had to jump through hoops just to rent the car; $100 deposit, an up to date utlity bill, etc, all because I wasn't paying with a credit card. I paid for the entire week in full via my debit card, and that wasn't sufficient. Maybe company policy, maybe not, however, my experience with the lady was not pleasant. Furthermore, it's been 3 weeks since I dropped the car off and my deposit has not been refunded. One customer service lady told me they did not charge a deposit. Then, when I called back with my bank on the line to verify Enterprise did charge a deposit, another lady told me there was a problem refunding my deposit and it will be another 7-10 days. Very dissatisfied.
Love the service! We have used this branch a couple of times. They are always frienldy and get you right in and out, which makes me very happy. I definitely recommend them.
Quick pick up (even with my last minute upgrade in vehicle request) and drop off. Simple phone call to get an extra day too. Would definitely use them again.
