Easy to find parking space, convenient shopping mall
The only reason I went to the Powell store was because there was an activity going on Delaware, Ohio on Sunday, July 30th that made it impossible for me to get to the Kohl's Delaware store. I was so disappointed in this store. I was in the women's department and was looking for 0X sizes and I never found the first X size let alone 0X sizes. When you need help, you would think you would at least see a Kohl's associate. I never saw any associates until I finally decided to check out and leave the store with what I had found to buy. I love the Delaware store and unless it is absolutely necessary for me to stop at the Powell store, I won't be shopping there. I am glad you asked for this as I don't know when I have been more disappointed, if ever, with a Kohl's store and I do a lot of shopping at Kohl's.
No help. Need an app with location of products. I am tired of wandering aimlessly looking for stuff.
There were only 2 cashier's and the manager clearly saw the line was taking 20-30 minutes. 2 people left without their stuff. It was ridiculous
Always seem to have what I’m looking for and at a reasonable price. Plus a great return policy and clerks that go out of their way to help!
