I find the manager Kimma, is very helpful and friendly. The maintenance guys, Richard and Maurice, are very nice and friendly as well I have seen a lot of changes, for the good, here since UMH took over. It’s quite and I feel very safe here.
This place is a cesspool of trailor trash.
I’ve been visiting my friend in this community for almost 10 years, it used to be awful, but since new management has taken over 2-3 years ago, it has cleaned up nice, their in process of riding of all old mobile homes. It definitely has gotten a lot quieter!
I shop at the Worthington Walmart at lest once a week. I love it and the employees are awesome !!
They charge as much as a nice apartment complex but charge you $75 for them to mow their own property and they don't provide adaqute parking for multi car family's and if you have more than 2 vehicles they charge you $50 to park at the office and no place for friends or family to park and they don't provide a dumpster for spring cleaning
