UPDATE 12/2017 " Just wanted to highlight the excellent customer service Patel provided when I was stuck in MSP due to a name issue which the Delta airline counter staff were unable to address satisfactorily. Patel was on the phone with me for over an hour helping me coach the agents whose knowledge was extremely limited. Even after I reached India, Patel stayed in touch and helped me secure a refund from the airline. His customer service was beyond exemplary and in these times when everything is online and it is impossible to reach a human , this kind of attention is what sets an agent apart.
We have been buying tickets to India from Mudra from last 5 years they have excellent service.Rajesh has helped in rescheduling of the tickets(which was little difficult but got it done).He is listens patiently and tries his best in getting the tickets at the least fares.HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
