Had to take our barn cat in for an injured paw. She got me in the same day and was very understanding that I couldn't justify spending hundreds of dollars on his vet care. She was very patient with our chaos, as I had to take my 4 kiddos with me! The front staff was wonderful and they were fast!
Dr. Schwarze is an excellent veterinarian. She really cares about your pet and takes the time to explain everything. We have enjoyed our experience with the other Animal Care Center of Polaris staff. Simone is very caring and has been very helpful in loading and unloading our Golden Retriever from the car. Cory does an excellent job listening to her customers and providing great customer service.
Dr. Schwarze is an absolutely fantastic veterinarian. She is extremely knowledgeable, kind, courteous, professional, and a pleasure to interact with. Brought my dog Nova in for extreme allergies/allergic reaction and had taken him to TWO other vets before with no change. With Dr. Schwarze's recommended protocol he was better within a DAY. We are so grateful to have the amazing service and kindness of care exhibited at Animal Care Center of Polaris. Wouldn't trust my dog to be seen anywhere else!
Took my dog here because he had injured his paw and needed a bandage change. Come across this clinic because it was near by and I am new to the area. From the vet techs to the doctor herself, they were all very welcoming and kind to me and my dog. They explained everything in layman's terms so I understood exactly what was going on with my dog and felt much more relieved after leaving. I was very impressed with how caring, professional and efficient they were. There was barely any wait time and felt very comfortable having them care for my dog. I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for a new veterinarian, Dr. Schwarze is so friendly, down to earth and personable. Thank you for taking such good care of my dog!
What an amazing staff. What an amazing vet Dr. Schwartz is. I took my dog there one day because he had a wound and my regular vet is closed on Thursdays. My dog was traumatized at a different vet and so can't hardly be examined even when on Trazadone. Well I couldn't get him to take the pills and she managed to examine him sober! The rest of the care was equally amazing. I would recommend this vet without hesitation. Great organization.
